• 2003 negotiated and acquired international license agreement from Australian ASX listed Company for software for UK and Europe
• 2006-2007 negotiated international franchise agreement from Australian Food Services Company for take away food brand for UK and Europe
• 2000-2007 negotiated and acquired international distribution license from Israeli manufacturer for the distribution of a range of health and beauty treatment machines for UK and Europe
• 2008 negotiated and acquired international master franchise agreement from UK Health and Beauty Company for Australia and New Zealand

 

Flotations

 

Headed by a former Chairman and Director of 10 publicly traded companies within the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, this division specialises in marketing new admissions to the market. Below is a case History of Flotations facilitated:

 

• Aim Rescue in 1998 of a Media plc raising in excess of £10m
• AIM Rescue in 2003 of a Media plc raising over £1m+
• AIM Flotation in 2004 of an Insurance Company valued circa £2m and raised £1m+ - sold in June 2007 for circa £8m
• AIM Flotation, in 2005 of an Online/Offline Gambling Company. Raised £1m+
• AIM Flotation, in 2006 of a Lottery Company. Raised £500k+
• Plus Rescue, in 2007 of a Property Development Company raised £2.2m+

 

 

Consultancy/marketing

 

• 2008 retained by Australian Medical Company to advise on roll-out of outlets in UK and Europe
